August 2013 Bear Lake

Our friends the Conk's invited us to go spend a weekend with them at their parents cabin in bear lake.  Bear lake is one of our favorite places since moving here.  It is kind of like a mountain paradise.  We took them up on the invite.  Emery had Emily Conk's niece to play with and Paiglee had the Conk boys to tag a long with.  We had smore's one night and talked around the fire pit.  We went to the lake and spent the whole morning their and D and I rented some paddle boards for everyone to play with.  We played in the sand and the girls buried their dad.  Each family took turns cooking meals.  We went to a private pool that the Conk's parents are able to use.  We played board games and chatted it up.  We rode four wheelers and they let D and I take their side by side while the watched the girls for a little bit.  It was an awesome weekend and the highlight of our summer.  We were so thankful that invited us.  We really enjoyed ourselves.
