In Laramie they have a big 4th of July celebration in the big park called Freedom has a birthday. It is actually really fun and better than anything Rock Springs has to offer. When we can we try to make it back for this, for something fun to do. This year it just so happened that my sister and her family also made the long trip from ND to come as well. It was a lot of fun, the girls played with their cousins and we just had a great time. We wish we could do this every year with my family.

Daryl bought a pack of small 4th of july stuff and we let the cousins mess with that while we were waiting for the firework show.
Em wasn't sure about all this waiting in the dark and was either with Grandpa or Dad.
When the fireworks started this is how little Em watched them through her fingers and finally had to go to the car because she was so afraid. I couldn't get enough of her peering through her fingers though.
We live so far from cousins that are Paiglee's age so when we do finally meet up she is in heaven and I don't see much of her. She talks about it for days after.
