On Paiglee's last day of pre-school, it was a bitter sweet moment. We were glad we didn't have to pay for it anymore and that she was getting bigger. But it also meant that she wasn't our baby anymore, that it would be the end of her staying at home with me during the school year. It meant she would be entering a not so sheltered life, that she leads her at home. Cause lets be honest kids learn lots of scary crap at school. But on this day I really began to see her more as a Kindergartner.
After her program that her class put on Mrs. McCort asked an adult to help the kids release their butterflies outside that they had been observing in class. D was that lucky adult, and the kids were excited to see them released. They also were able to hold some of them too, it was pretty neat.

Paiglee with Mrs. McCort, she is a great pre-school teacher, Paiglee really liked her, and she is amazing with children.

This next school year is going to be full of new adventures for us both, it should be fun and scary for me. She is so big.
