School Christmas Party

Paiglee had her school Christmas party a few days a go, and it was fun to watch her sing some songs and do their little skit they always do. One thing that Daryl and I noticed at the years Christmas party is that Paiglee is pretty tall compared to her peers. She had a bigger growth spurt than we thought because last time she was checked she is just around average. She did so well and compared from last year to this year she has really grown leaps and bounds and not just in height. We have noticed she is quit the social butterfly and will talk to everyone; she has her favorites but just seems so out going with her peers. She has also become the jokester and the one that makes everyone laugh. Which is so funny to see since she was so much shyer and reserved a year a go.

She did a great job saying her part and singing the songs. She is big into singing lately she will sing songs she is learning at school or church often at home, and it is fun to see how much she retains from what she learns. She has even become more comfortable about singing in front of Daryl and me.

But at her school party they did a skit and sang songs and decorated graham cracker trains. They did a gift exchange and played. Paiglee has a little friend she talks about non-stop almost and she drew her name for the gift exchange and was so excited to give her the gift she picked out for her. Turns out her little friend also had drawn her name, I don’t know if it was by chance or purpose but it was super cute to watch them exchange gifts. Her little friend came up and asked Paiglee if she liked her gift and Paiglee turned and said yes I love it. It makes me laugh the cuteness of it all.

Paiglee was such a little ham in this photo when her teacher was giving her, her stocking

Her gift she received

She helped I did most of the work, while she ate the candy then ditched me to play with her classmates

Her mouth was full of candy and am surprised she could smile

Paiglee sitting next to her friend waiting to sing, they exchanged the gifts, she is waiting so nice, i got a kick out of how her hands were folded in her lap, it is just so Paiglee

She looked so big sitting up there and talking to the kids

In the video of them singing I get a good chuckle of watching her bob up and down with the ringing of the bells.
