I am not sure where this weekend has gone, I didn't get much done but was so busy. This was Daryl's first weekend back to school since he graduated with his masters almost two years ago. He is really enjoying his course he is taking this semester for his Administration endorsement, which makes a plus for him since he has to attend one full weekend a month. So to say the least we didn't see much of him this weekend. Paiglee and I were busy just running around and trying to keep her busy. Paiglee did go to her friend Jackson's Birthday Party this weekend. She was pretty excited about it, she could hardly wait all day to go. She had a great time and even helped Jackson open his gift from her before it was time. I wasn't happy about it, we had a talk about this before we went, how it is his birthday not hers they are his gifts not hers, and she got it and was so excited to give him his gift that she picked out. But of course couldn't help herself when they were looking at the gifts. But cute thing is Jackson said to me after I was done giving Paiglee a good talking to. I turn around and Jackson say's "I don't care if Paiglee opens my gift, I will let her open it". What a sweet kid, right? But I am a big stickler when it comes to, you open your gifts and others open their gifts, maybe it doesn't matter in the big picture but it is a big pet peeve of mine. Plus I know she wouldn't want others to help her open her gift so she shouldn't do it to others. Big concept for a little kid, but I say it is never too early to teach them. It is never too early to start teaching them thank you and the same applies to gifts in my opinion. So I was a little sad that she did it when she understood it so well before we arrived and even gave the gift to Jackson, maybe it was just the excitement, who knows.
Also Friday night I thought Paiglee could use some new shoes well turns out I was right she NEEDED new shoes. I took her to payless because they had their BOGOHO sale. I thought I knew what size she needed nope I tried to get her foot in a 7 1/2 it wasn't going to happen. So I measured her foot, she is a 9 or 9 1/2 to have some room to grow. WHAT!?! I swear we just bought her shoes like in September or October so her feet have grown a ton since then. So luckily I got a wild hair to buy her shoes cause she needed them. I don't know how she wasn't complaining, about some of her shoes, I was having her wear.
Friday we went to see our friends Maggie and Vaughn for a playdate since they had been gone for a while. While they were gone they picked up a wiggle guitar for Paiglee that I wanted from a store not in our town. They were kind enough to pick it up for us, since Paiglee just seemed to need it. Lucky for her it was only 5.50, can't beat that. She loves it and was happy to show it off in some pictures for me.

This weekend I was messing with my camera and noticed it can record video, I know, I am a little slow catching on to some things since I have had this camera for several years. So I was messing around with Paiglee and thought it would be fun to try and post one video on here. She thought she was a riot, every time when I played it back for her she would kill over laughing at herself. What a Ham!
