The other week Paiglee didn't want to get dressed but she was cold so I wrapped one of her blankets around her. She liked it so she went to get the other blankets she has and I ended up doing this to her.
Okay also later on in the day, we were hanging out in the guest room watching a movie. I was sitting in the glider and Paiglee was sitting on the ottoman and rocking it like crazy. I tried to put one foot on it to try and control it some what but she wasn't having any of that. So I looked at my fingers out of boredom and I look up and Paiglee was going head first toward the floor and bed. I didn't catch her in time and she caught the bed frame right between the eyes. It instantly turned red and began to bruise. For a minute I thought she broke her nose, but there was no blood. I was sure any minute it was going to start gushing but it didn't. This is what her nose looked like at the end of the day and during the night it got worse. But it is all better now, for a while it was really sensitive she was very careful when I dressed her to make sure I didn't touch her nose. She did have two black eyes in the corners of them and one was worse than the other. I think most people thought it was a shadow cause not very many people commented on it, which I was so fine with.
The other night when Daryl gave Paiglee a bath she had stuck these glow stick in the holes of her Binky. It was 100% her idea and she sucked her Binky like that for a while. I thought it was pretty clever of her to realize that the sticks fit perfectly in the holes
Also if you look close you can see that her nose and eyes were yellowish after the whole nose incident. It took a while to get 100% better,
Also we had a good Super bowl gathering with our Friends the Jordans in Greenriver. We went to check out there place and watch the game and eat junk. It was fun and we as usual enjoy ourselves with these guys. Paiglee got her glow sticks from Maggie at the super bowl party and it was a huge hit with her.
I mean other than that nothing too much has been going on with us. I am trying my hardest to lose weight and look better but ya know it just isn't easy. In fact I hate it and I hate people that make it look easy, or who even have it easy for that matter and just lose weight when they mention the word.
Daryl's work has been pretty busy, kids are going crazy at school and it makes for some long days for him. He is also dealing with a lot of depressing situations (I know nothing about, he just mentioned that he was) that the kids have to deal with and it also makes it difficult. But last week for some reason was long and everyday was busy for him. Usually he has more down time and more of a routine and schedule. The new school that he will be moving into this August is really going up fast. I am pretty excited to get a tour of it this summer. Daryl's last meet for Gymnastics is this weekend it is State for them. He will be gone on Valentine's day but oh well. I am just excited he will be done, he will be glad too when it he is done. He liked it but the traveling was the hardest part I think.
Paiglee and I have a nice schedule going and we are busy everyday of the week doing something that takes us outside of the house. I am getting my workouts in and also taking her to community activity stuff. We are on a waiting list for pre-school and i really hope we get in but I have a feeling that our luck may just have run out for the next few years. She is really becoming more of a "big" kid every day. She really talks a ton and she just is a smarty, it is amazing how quick she picks up on some things. I think if she ever got out of the house without me knowing she would run to the library. She knows how to get there to, which way she has to go and when she gets to a certain street which way to go it is amazing.
Also we had Bob over last night (Daryl's friend that he hung out a ton with when he was single) it was good to see him. He is pretty funny, and he cracks me up. He is one of my favs to talk to or listen to Daryl and him talk, it is entertaining.
Oh and a quick note, I know I have told many people over time that we were going to try and have another baby. Well I thought this would be the easiest way to let people know, we aren't trying anymore, and don't know when we will. I just don't want to have to tell everyone I told that we aren't trying anymore or go through long details why. But I don't want people speculating or wondering when it would happen. We are just going to wait longer to have another, that is all.
But that is it for now....

Hello girl. It's been a while. :) I love the blanket dress, no wonder she wouldn't take it off, she looks like a blanket princess. . . or something. :) I feel bad for her little bonk though, right between the eyes, that kills.
YAY, Gymnastics is almost over! I am not too bummed about Jason being gone for valentines. What better gift could I get anyway, than having my husband home a few more hours a day after this weekend.
