Time Flies

Where to begin? Time has flown much too fast. I have so much to catch up on and I am sure I will forget some of it. My parents came to visit on the 9th of August and that was good. My dad helped with moving the hinge of our fridge to the other side. Then they pulled weeds in our not so pretty back yard. It was totally my mom’s idea. They came on Sunday to stay with us and go to our ward. But my dad couldn't attend because he left his suit in Laramie. It was a relaxing time and I talked my mom into staying until Tuesday morning. We played games Monday night and just watched the Olympics we were out of our seats when the USA beat France in the swimming relay. GO USA!!! That is what happens when you talk trash. The rest of the week was not too busy. Tuesday I went to playgroup and Daryl went to training for work in the mornings on Tuesday and Wednesday. I finally got a chance to really workout on Thursday and Friday. Saturday I went to my wards I think it was like a super Saturday and I made some really cute stuff. That was a lot of fun and then I went to lunch with Kristine and Beth. Sunday we of course enjoyed church and then our home teachers came and we went to the Bishop's house to play games and have dessert. It was a lot of fun. I think it is pretty freakin' cool that the bishop does that. We were there pretty late and Paiglee unfortunately woke up too early this morning. I went walking with some of the women in the ward and then Kristine came over with her kids to play and we talked forever while the kids had a ball playing. I also got a chance to talk to Sarah and catch up cause well not talking everyday anymore we have a ton to talk about.

Some highlights I want to talk about:

A huge success has happened in our house. Paiglee is sleeping in a toddler bed that happened right before the weekend. She has done great and she still goes to bed great. She only fought me today because she was past exhaustion. She really likes her bed even if it is just her crib converted into a toddler bed. Daryl and I love it because now she comes to get us in the morning. Also she will come to us in the middle of the night if she needs us, which is great since now she won't scream and cry for us. She sometimes won't sleep in her bed we tend to find her on the floor, or in one instants in the closet because she spilled her water all over her mattress.

Crashed out on the floor

In the closet because she spilled water on her bed

sweet

Another thing Paiglee has started to get her two year molars ( I believe) she has a cough and sound congested and has a really runny nose and she has been really irritable then to add diarrhea on top of it all for a few days. I thought it was a cold and that she was getting sick, until Daryl said you think she is getting her molars and I instantly knew that was probably her problem. I hope so and that is isn't her being sick cause I don't want her to get other kids sick if that is the case.

Since she has been really fussy due to her teething she got out of the tub one night and got her blanket we found her like this. She insisted on having it in there with her.

See that snotty nose

The water was so warm and she was so tired I guess that was her ideal bath

Daryl started work fulltime today and so our school schedule has begun. It is good; I am really going to love it. We found out our Health Insurance plan and all our benefits and they are amazing. I am so happy to finally have that security. I just love that feeling! I am sure many can attest to it but for a newbie well it just brings sheer joy. Daryl also gets an Apple notebook for work. It is pretty neat. I am not sold on it though I wouldn't buy one for my personal use. I feel it is just a trendy thing that really is not that cool. It doesn't hold up to my hp but really not many computers in my opinion do.

Also I read Twilight and to be honest I wasn't impressed by it up until the point of Bella meeting Edward’s family. The book kept putting me to sleep anytime I sat down to read it. But when I got to the action packed part of James and stuff I couldn't put it down. But really I didn't think it deserved all the hype everyone has given it. It is good just not like page turner great. But I will be reading the next one and I am sure I will make my way through the series because I have been told each book gets better. So I have been filling my free time with reading when I get a chance. That has taken the place of blogging. But that is one reason I am not a big reader because I tend to fall asleep when I read because if I get too relaxed I can't fight my tired body to stay awake.

I think that sums it up for now.
