FINALLY!!! It came!!!!

My new sewing machine was delivered today, and man I have been dying for it to get here. For days I have been checking the shipment progress online daily like every hour. For a minute I didn't think it was going to get here. But it is here, and all is well in my home.

I love this thing, I couldn't wait to open it so luckily Daryl took Paiglee for a jog and to the store so I could play and learn how to use it. I am so excited I can barely get my thoughts in order. I was surprised how light it is how small it is I was expecting something bigger I don't know why I just was. It is just down right amazing.

This slick thang can do 60 different stitches, it came with a cover for it, 7 different foots that is right 7! to perform all the different stitches, (these are all the foots;Buttonhole foot, overcasting foot, monogramming foot, Zipper foot, zigzag foot, Blind stitch foot, Button fitting foot), also was included a walking foot a quilting foot a quilting guide and an eyelet punch, and a seam ripper and 4 bobbins, a needle set, a twin needle, a cleaning brush, screwdriver and an extra spool pin. Then it came with the foot controller that is OPTIONAL. Yeah this sucker can be operated by hand no more foot peddle ( but to be honest I like the foot controller). It also can thread a needle for you, how freakin' cool is that. Plus there are a ton of other little short cuts this machine included to make your sewing easier.

I have read pretty much the whole instruction manual, all I have left is to figure out how to use some of the presser foots. I could go on about how freakin' cool this sewing machine is but I don't feel like typing it all out, so just expect to hear about it net time you see me.

Did I mention I LOVE this machine!

Here she is

This pic is so you can see the light, I like the light, also the three buttons with arrows on them are what you use to control it without the foot controller.

This is the needle threader you can't tell really but it threads it

These are all the different stitches

And here are some of the stitches on fabric, I didn't do any of the really neat ones cause that required me to change the foot that was already on.

So now I have to get my sew on right after I finish all the bows I need to make and want to make. This will help me get through all the bows to know this is sitting here waiting to be used.

Yay!! Holy cow that looks fun! I think I'd have a hard time getting used to no foot pedal, but in end you'll probably love it so much more. I love all of the stitches. That'll be so fun.

Also, I wanted to count how many times you said freak'n... maybe I will. :) love you!

That is so exciting! I have one that is fairly similar, but I usually only use basic stitches. You will have to give me some ideas on how to be more creative with the others.
