Up to date...ramblings

I can't believe that it has almost been seven days since I last posted something. That is not like me at all. I guess I just haven't had anything to say and I haven't felt like posting. Nothing exciting has happened. Just our everyday business.
I have been pretty busy trying to figure out what the heck I am going to do for Daryl for Valentine's Day. Yesterday I finally sat down and really thought. We try to do our Valentine's stuff themed. Whether it is a movie or song. Than we buy the song or movie and do corny type stuff with it. Well I have had no clue it is like I have writers block but I am not writing. But I decided to do one of his Favorite songs by Andrea Bocelli I was going to buy tickets to it but of course there are no concerts going on near us. Because I am pretty sure he already owns the song on a burned CD. So I think I will buy him the newest CD of his and make it a treasure hunt deal, I love those and dumb as they may be. I found the translation for the song and it was meant to be cause it goes perfect with a treasure hunt type deal. Then at the end will be the CD. Hopefully he likes it cause it took forever to come up with it cause all my other ideas were shot down due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Last Saturday we went to Cheyenne to do some things I needed to get done and to visit Daryl's Grandma. It has been forever since we have gone to see her cause every time we were there Paiglee would get so cranky when we wanted to go, and I do not like to show off my cranky child. But after we did that I asked Daryl to drive me by some of the houses I have been looking at online in case we end up getting a job there. The area was not the best and it actually made me not too excited about Cheyenne anymore. The houses are in the same area that I have been looking at and I didn't care for it. The houses were great but the area where the subdivision is located is not the greatest. But hey I guess you can't have it all. But now I told Daryl I don't care where we end up I figure there will be pulses and negatives where ever we go. I am really pushing for Cheyenne because it is bigger than Laramie and pays the best out of the whole country for school counselors. I am all about the money, why because now days it is almost impossible to stay at home and survive financially on one income. Cheyenne pays great and the cost of living is great compared to other places.
Daryl did apply for a job in Sheridan that has opened up for the next school year. Sheridan is our second place to go, cause they pay second best but cost of living is out of this world. But it is beautiful there. But yeah enough rambling on.
I am getting all my applications in for Dental Hygiene in Sheridan and Cheyenne so where ever we end up hopefully I will be accepted. I need to meet with people but it stinks that I have to travel. But it has to be done. Who knows maybe none of this is supposed to happen for us but I am just praying and preparing the best I can. It is hard to not know what is going to happen or where you are giong to be, or if you will even have a job. It is out of our control but that is the hard part, I am a control freak.
That is pretty much all that has been going on with us.

Happy Valentine's Day! Daryl and Paiglee's fort is awesome. I know you guys will end up where you are supposed to...let's hope the same for us! Someday, you and I will have houses and our husbands will have real jobs. :-)
