Then I was up for the day and I walked out and there were fake roses and chocolate in a vase. Daryl says the roses were an investment, cause now he can re-use them, hahaha! But really I think he was serious about it.
Then before Daryl went to class we had Paiglee open her gift from the both of us. We got a little carried away but hey I figure it is okay to splurge while she is the only child. I took pictures while she opened the bag of stuff. She wasn't quite sure what to do at first. But she peeked in and saw fun stuff and she gasped then dug right in. She saw the dog with a necklace and she kinda just tossed it to the side. Then she brought out the Wiggles DVD (it is there new one and she love, love , loves the wiggles) she just stared at it for a while and you could just tell she couldn't wait to watch it. I told her look in the bag again and she saw two books and gasped again (she loves books). Then she saw what book it was and she said coooooo..(it is Where is Baby's Valentine? She has the Halloween one and loves it so she knew what she got). The other book was more for me for my enjoyment while reading to her. Oh and of course she got a little bag of m&m's cause she is a chocolate lover. She loved the puppy c ause she actually wanted to take it when we left the house (it is pretty cute). I put her necklace and matching bracelet on her and she surprisingly left the necklace on all day except for her nap when I took it off.
After Daryl went to school I took Paiglee to deliver her Valentine that I helped her make to Vance. When Daryl came home I went to the gym and then came home and we went to deliver her Valentine's to her cousins and her Grandma and Grandpa Koch and Great Grandma Nickelson, who weren't home so we set them on the table. then we went to pick-up dinner at Rapido cause I didn't have time to make my dinner. Bummer! Then we came home and Daryl gave me my themed gift that we do for each other. He wrote a note (which made me cry by the way) and then I had to try and guess what movies he got me from the clues in the note. Just Like Heaven and Reign over me, two of my favorite movies. I had to go and get the rest of Daryl's gift since I never was a lone in order to get it. I did a scavenger hunt with the lyrics of Con Te Partiro by Andrea Bocelli, I found the translation of the song. I bought Bocelli's newest CD and Shooter the movie (very good by the way) and then his favorite Peanut M&M's. The scavenger hunt didn't go as I planed cause he found clue 3 before 2 and I had to pretty much direct him to each clue after that. But he liked it, and I gave him two Valentine cards one funny and one romantic, cause I hate to be too serious there has got to be some fun and I am not too funny on my own so I have to get a card of each. We watched Just like Heaven and now I am off to bed. I hope everyone's Valentine's Day was great, hopefully I can read what others did as well.

I always read your blog too. It's one of those situations where I know who you are but don't know you personally. I saw you the other night at the Slade School Carnival and almost introduced myself but didn't want you to think I was a total weirdo.
I had a couple of classes with your husband and see him every now and then at Slade when I volunteer for Katelyn's preschool.
You have a beautiful daughter and you seem to always be doing such fun things with her.
I don't know about you, but I am ready to be done with winter so we can get out of the house and play at the park. I'm sick and tired of being cooped up in the house. Too bad it looks like we are getting more snow this weekend. Hope you have a good one. Keep in touch!
